One of the most difficult days of my life was when I knew it was time to say goodbye to my fur baby of 14 years. I couldn't bear the thought of taking him to the Vet office, a place that would cause instant anxiety the moment we pulled into the parking lot. I came to Yelp to find an "at home euthanasia" doctor and was lucky that Dr. Lutri was available to come out for an assessment and discussion. She was kind, caring, gentle and reassuring. She never rushed me. She gave us privacy and explained every step before and during the procedure. Everything was very peaceful for my beautiful dog. I would highly recommend Dr. Lutri and cannot thank her enough for being such an important part of this transition
Dr. Daniela Lutri helped us through the most difficult time of our lives. She was compassionate from the moment of first contact and was professional, yet friendly, understanding, empathetic, knowledgeable and compassionate through the whole visit. I will never forget how she handled my little baby boy until his last breath. Thank you, Dr. Daniela Lutri.
Our in home pet euthanasia was made serene, spiritual and full of love by Dr. Daniela Lutri. Dr. Lutri came with an open heart and a deep understanding of what we were going through. She was patient, she was kind and most of all, she was a wonderful guide for us as we traversed our last moments with our beloved chihuahua, Lola. Our hearts are broken and we miss Lola so much, but we do feel comforted knowing she is no longer suffering from her kidney failure. We are forever grateful for the care Dr. Lutri provided for Lola, but also for us.
Thank you to CodaPet and Dr. Lutri for taking a very awful situation and making it beautiful. We know our tiny Lola is prancing around with her adorable swagger, over the rainbow bridge, and finally, in no more pain.
All of our appreciation, Dotsie and Kirk Bausch
Daniela Lutri Rojas is the most compassionate human being on the planet. She is a former vet tech turned veterinarian who worked hard to realize her passion, and pet parents are so lucky that she is now sharing her passion for animals and people by assisting fur babies with their transition to The Rainbow Bridge. I believe in The Rainbow Bridge, but that is not the point nor relevant to whether or not you hire Daniela. If you beloved pet is at the point in their lives where they need a little bit of assistance crossing over, book the appointment with Daniela. I have known her for about 10 years. She used to administer sub q fluids to my Chanel who lived to be 21. Chanel did not trust anyone other than Daniela and when Daniela moved, I had to assist all other vet techs in giving sub q fluids to Chanel. Daniela has a gift. There is no doubt she was born to be a veterinarian and work in assisting our fur babies with their transition. My Romeo went very peacefully thanks to Daniela and although I am terribly sad, soul-crushed and heartbroken, I am grateful to have had Daniela by my side during the release of my beloved Romeo.
This was our first time choosing an at home dog euthanasia. Our dear senior family dog Karly collapsed from poor health and lost her ability to move. We had no way to transport a 121lb German Shepard to the pet emergency without her being in pain. We were so desperate for help and blessed to have found Dr. Daniela Lutri. She travels to you, prepared with all the equipment and medication. She walks you through each step and answers all your questions. Dr. Lutri is genuineness and showed such great understanding, compassion and kindness. Her in home euthanasia and cremation services is of great value in exchange for exceptional care and bedside manner. The whole experience will be cherished and I know my family will grieve peacefully. Karly can now rest all thanks to you.
First, I need to say that we ended up not needing the service. When we are ready to use this service, I will definitely look at scheduling with CodaPet and asking for Dr. Daniela Lutri.
Our dog is older and we have been watching her closely. We thought the time had come, and I called another service and was told we would get a 20-minute appointment because "they wanted to help a lot of clients." I was speechless.
When I called CodaPet, I was treated with compassion and care. I scheduled with Dr. Daniela Lutri, and when she texted me, she let me know that "there would be no rush, we are doing this together." WOW-what a difference!
I kept in touch with Dr. Lutri via text and via phone call during the day, and she let me know that our beloved dog came first, my husband and I came second, and that we were going to be treated with compassion.
Our vet called us back and we decided to try a sub-q treatment and anti nausea meds to see if that would help her. We have another chance at spending time with her, so I canceled with Dr. Lutri. Yes, there was a cancellation fee, but Dr. Lutri had taken time to talk and text with us, and to hold an appointment if we found that we needed it later in the day. What compassion! This person loves animals and understands the bond we have with them.
The Dr. Lutri was excellent! She took her time explaining what we should expect. She gave us space and time to prepare. She was extremely patient and kind. She waited until we were ready to say goodbye to our beloved Rocky. I highly recommend her services. Thank you so much for your kindness! My family and I really appreciated how much you cared about Rocky and our feelings.
Dr. Daniela Lutri is an angel. I'm so grateful for the authentic, gentle and compassionate spirit she demonstrated during such a difficult time. She was very patience and did not rush anything. I felt she truly cared for our beloved cat as well as us and wanted to make our Gato as comfortable as possible. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Daniela. This woman is someone very special and I will never forget her kindness.
Dr. Lutri is absolutely the most compassionate, caring, gifted person. She helped us with our little Easton. She made him so comfortable and us comfortable too. She explains the entire procedure and we didn't feel rushed at all by her. My husband had a very hard time with this decision and she talked with him throughout the entire process. She is a Blessing to our family in our time of need when putting our family dog for 13 years down. I highly recommend using Dr. Lutri. Thank you again, Dr. Lutri. The Brown Family
It took me some time to write this review, but I am immensely relieved to have found Dr. Lutri to assist with the passing of my beloved Frosty. Initially filled with fear and uncertainty, I made a same-morning appointment for 1 pm. Dr. Lutri promptly confirmed the appointment and expressed genuine concern for Frosty's well-being. Upon learning of Frosty's pain, she expedited her arrival. I'm profoundly grateful that she arrived earlier than expected, as my dear pet was suffering.
Frosty was loved by so many so I am thankful for the existence of this at home service. Despite the sadness of the moment, it was touching to have everyone who loved my dog present to bid farewell.
Dr. Lutri displayed exceptional kindness, gentleness, and patience throughout the entire process. She patiently answered our questions, explaining each step with compassion. We were all deeply
appreciative to have such a caring individual attend to Frosty. Words cannot adequately convey my respect and gratitude to Dr. Lutri.
Additionally, receiving a personalized card from her was incredibly thoughtful; it moved me to tears. Thank you, Dr. Lutri, for your compassion and care during this difficult time.
If your reading this review your most likely in the midst of having to make a really hard decision 🤍 look no further Dr. Daniela Lutri from coda pet is the most caring, compassionate, special human being to guide you through this process.
Our 15 year old baby girl pug Lou was with us since we were 18/19 years old. A true velcro pug, my best friend, protector, love of my life. I called her my soul sister.
She was struggling and after a particularly really hard night where we knew she was confused, in pain and scared we spoke with her vet and received a second opinion on our options. Even though it was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make, we wanted our baby girl to go in the most peaceful way with her parents and pug brother bam around her at home. No stress, no chaos, no car rides in the middle of the night to emergency, no leaving her at the vet for observation, never leaving her side 🤍
Dr. Daniela made that happen 110%. I actually look at the experience as really beautiful and special. From the moment Dr. Daniela texted me before the appt “we’re in this together”, I knew we would be okay. She gave not only Lou but also myself, boyfriend and other pug Bam so much love, peace and care during the entire process. I will never forget Dr. Daniela and will always appreciate what she did for my family and baby girl 🤍 🌈
